Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us at info@briutessentials.com before sending your product back.


Eligible & Non-Returnable Items

Eligible for Return (if unused and in original packaging):

  • Face Care products – such as cleansers, serums, toners, and creams

  • Body Care products – including scrubs, lotions, and creams

  • Utensils & Sustainable Tools – such as coconut bowls, bamboo utensils, and eco accessories

  • Lip Balms and selected accessories

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and product safety standards:

  • Toothpaste and deodorants

  • Gift cards

  • Any personal care or hygiene item that has been opened or used

These policies ensure product integrity and the health and safety of our customers.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days at info@briutessentials.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will replace or exchange the item for you at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery and in original condition.

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

  • Refunds apply only to regular-priced items.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming that we have received your item and updating you on the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

If you have not received your refund after this time, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still need assistance, contact us at info@briutessentials.com and we’ll be happy to help.


Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking confirmation.
