We allow for returns of certain items within 15 days of receipt of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed and/or unused and must be in the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot provide refunds on our toothpaste or deodorant.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted;
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an items valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Your device must be stored in a cool dry place away from water and moisture.
Please note, your warranty ensures the replacement of a brand new device that is completely free. However, the customer is responsible for the payment of a processing, shipping & handling fee. Briut’s Shipping & Handling fees are $25.99 for shipments within the U.S only and $45.00 for International customers.
